The conference focuses on four key themes. First, it reflects on ETL’s growth and outlines future strategies across the UK, Ireland, and internationally, offering insights into regional progress and global direction. Second, it explores how to empower people by strengthening workplace culture, improving onboarding processes, prioritising well-being, and planning for effective succession.

The latter part of the day shifts to unifying solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate client experience, particularly through centralised services and forward-looking IT strategy. From 4pm: Arrival for check in

6pm: If you wish to join us for drinks and canapès, we’ll be gathering on The Terrace at The Grand Hotel (weather Permitting – if not, The Church Suite at The Grand Hotel will provide an indoor alternative).

We encourage all attendees to dress in business casual attire for the duration of the event. Business casual attire strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and comfort, ensuring a conductive and respectful environment for all interactions and engagements throughout the conference.
